Prep the Zucchini: Start by washing the zucchinis and slicing them into thick rounds (about 1/2 inch thick). Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

    Prepare the Breading Station: In a shallow bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.

      Bread the Zucchini: Dip each zucchini round into the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere the crumbs to the surface.
