8 ounces (225g) of penne pasta

200g feta cheese block

1 pint (300g) cherry tomatoes, halved

1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced

4 cloves of garlic, minced

1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Baking Dish: In a large oven-safe baking dish (about 9x13 inches), combine the cherry tomatoes, diced chicken, and minced garlic. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle the dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
