6 bone-in chicken thighs, skin-on

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until well blended.
