2 tablespoons lime juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup red bell pepper, julienned

1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced

1 cup carrot, shredded

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)

Prepare the Basil Chicken Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, fresh basil leaves, Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated with the yogurt and herbs. Set aside.

    Prep the Veggies: Julienne the red bell pepper, slice the cucumber, and shred the carrot. You can toss these veggies together in a bowl for an attractive presentation or keep them separate for individual customization in the wraps.
