4 cups frozen hashbrowns, thawed

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 large eggs

1 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional, for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

    Cook the Sausage: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and cooked through, breaking it into crumbles. Drain any excess grease.
