2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 cup panko bread crumbs

½ cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup Caesar dressing

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Optional: Cherry tomatoes, halved, for garnish

Prepare the Chicken: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Dredge each breast in flour, dip into the beaten eggs, and then coat with panko bread crumbs.

    Bake the Chicken: Arrange the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and crispy, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Once done, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing.
