Ingredients

2 cups mixed frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

¼ cup granola or crushed nuts (for topping)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Berry Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the mixed frozen berries with honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Toss gently to coat the berries evenly, then set aside for about 10 minutes to allow them to thaw slightly and release their juices.

Mix the Yogurt Base: In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and remaining honey/maple syrup until smooth and well combined. Adjust the sweetness according to your preference.

Layer the Cups: Grab a muffin tin or silicone muffin molds. Spoon around 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of each cup. Then, add a layer of the berry mixture on top. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with a layer of yogurt on top.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle granola or crushed nuts over the top of each yogurt cup for added crunch and flavor.

Freeze: Carefully place the muffin tin or silicone molds in the freezer and allow to freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the yogurt cups from the molds by running warm water over the outside briefly if using a muffin tin. Serve immediately, garnishing with fresh mint leaves if desired.
