Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup almond butter

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/2 cup sliced almonds (for topping)

1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips (optional, for topping)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Use a whisk or spatula to mix until completely smooth and well combined.

Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use silicone muffin trays for easy removal.

Using a spoon or cookie scoop, portion out the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet or into the muffin trays, forming small puck-shaped dollops (about 1-2 tablespoons each).

Sprinkle the sliced almonds evenly across each puck, adding mini dark chocolate chips if desired for an extra touch of sweetness and crunch.

Place the baking sheet or muffin trays in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours or until the pucks are completely frozen.

Once frozen, remove the pucks from the baking sheet or trays. If using a muffin tray, you may need to gently push from the bottom to release them.

Keep the pucks stored in an airtight container in the freezer for a quick snack or dessert when you're craving something sweet!
