Ingredients

2 cups mixed frozen fruit (such as strawberries, mango, and pineapple)

2 cups tropical fruit juice (such as orange or pineapple juice)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

1/2 cup coconut water (for added hydration)

1 teaspoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)

Zest of 1 lime (for a zesty kick)

Pinch of sea salt

Popsicle molds (for shaping the bars)

Instructions

Blend the Base: In a blender, add the mixed frozen fruit, tropical fruit juice, honey or agave syrup (if using), coconut water, lime juice, lime zest, and a pinch of sea salt. Blend until smooth and well combined.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness as needed by adding more honey or agave syrup. Blend again briefly to combine.

Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the blended fruit punch mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion as they freeze.

Insert Sticks: If your molds require sticks, insert them according to the mold's instructions.

Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.

Unmold and Serve: Once frozen, remove the bars from the molds by running warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Gently pull the bars out and enjoy!

Storage: Store any leftover fruit punch bars in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month.
