Ingredients

2 cups of seedless grapes (red, green, or a mix)

1 lime (zested and juiced)

2 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup (or to taste)

1/4 teaspoon of sea salt

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Wooden or metal skewers (6-inch or longer)

Instructions

Prep the Grapes: Start by washing the grapes under cool water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towel. Remove grapes from their stems, if necessary.

Make the Lime Mixture: In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, lime zest, honey or agave syrup, and sea salt. Whisk together until the mixture is well blended and the honey is fully incorporated.

Skewer the Grapes: Take your wooden or metal skewers and thread grapes onto them, alternating colors for a visually appealing presentation. Aim for about 5-7 grapes per skewer, ensuring they are tightly packed but not too squished.

Marinate the Skewers: Once all grapes are skewered, place them in a shallow dish and drizzle the lime mixture over the skewers. Use a spoon or your hands to gently coat the grapes with the mixture. Allow the skewers to marinate for about 10-15 minutes at room temperature.

Freeze the Skewers: After marinating, place the skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Ensure they are spaced out so they don’t stick together. Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and let the skewers freeze for at least 2 hours or until fully frozen.

Serve and Enjoy: Once frozen, remove the skewers from the freezer. If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving. These skewer treats are perfect for summer parties, snacks, or a refreshing treat.
