Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat for creaminess)

1/2 cup almond butter (creamy or crunchy based on preference)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (for natural sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, for extra flavor)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chunks (dairy-free if desired)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

A pinch of sea salt to enhance flavors

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Use a whisk or spatula to mix until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps.

Add Mix-ins: Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and a pinch of sea salt into the yogurt mixture. Stir just until evenly distributed.

Line a Pan: Take an 8x8-inch square baking dish or an equivalent size and line it with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later.

Spread the Mixture: Pour the yogurt and almond butter mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula to spread it evenly across the bottom, smoothing out the top.

Freeze: Cover the dish with plastic wrap or a lid, then place it in the freezer. Allow it to freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Cut into Bars: Once fully frozen, remove the dish from the freezer. Using the parchment overhang, lift out the frozen yogurt block. Place it on a cutting board and slice it into bars or squares of your preferred size.

Serve or Store: Enjoy immediately or place the bars back in the freezer in an airtight container, separating layers with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Garnish (optional): Before serving, you can drizzle extra almond butter or chocolate over the bars for a stylish touch!
