Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup almond butter

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup chopped almonds (roasted or raw)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

1/2 cup granola (preferably with nuts)

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and well blended. This will be your yogurt base.

Add Crunch: Gently fold in the chopped almonds, mini chocolate chips, granola, and a pinch of sea salt into the yogurt mixture. Ensure everything is evenly distributed for a delightful crunch in every bite.

Mold the Bites: Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or silicone molds for easy removal. Spoon the yogurt mixture into each mold, filling them almost to the top. Press down gently to ensure they hold together.

Freeze: Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until the bites are completely solid.

Serving: Once frozen, remove the bites from the mold. You can serve them immediately or store them in an airtight container in the freezer. Let them sit at room temperature for a minute before enjoying for the best texture.

Garnish (optional): For extra flair, drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top or sprinkle more chopped almonds before serving.
