A pinch of sea salt

1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted (optional for drizzling)

Prepare the Dates: In a food processor, blend the chopped medjool dates until smooth and creamy. If needed, add a tiny splash of water to help blend. Scrape down the sides as necessary. Set aside.
