Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 cup granola (your favorite blend)

½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

¼ cup chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts work well)

Silicone muffin tins or cupcake liners

Instructions

Prepare the Muffin Tins: If using silicone muffin tins, lightly grease them with a non-stick spray. If using cupcake liners, place them in a standard muffin tray.

Mix the Yogurt: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Layer the Granola: Take 1 tablespoon of granola and place it at the bottom of each muffin cup, pressing down slightly to create a base.

Add the Yogurt Mixture: Spoon the yogurt mixture over the granola layer until each cup is about ¾ full.

Top with Berries and Other Ingredients: Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt. If desired, sprinkle mini chocolate chips and chopped nuts over the berries for added texture and flavor.

Freeze: Place the muffin tray in the freezer and allow the cups to freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.

Serve: Once frozen, carefully remove the granola cups from the muffin tin or peel off the cupcake liners. Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade frozen yogurt granola cups!

Store: If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the freezer. They can last for up to a month.
