Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or your favorite yogurt)

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup granola (your choice of flavor)

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Pinch of sea salt

Cooking spray or parchment paper for lining

Instructions

Prepare Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray it with cooking spray. This will prevent the clusters from sticking.

Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Add Extras: Gently fold in the granola and mini chocolate chips into the yogurt mixture, ensuring everything is evenly distributed.

Form Clusters: Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. You can shape them into clusters or simply allow them to have a rustic look.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours or until the clusters are completely frozen.

Serve & Store: Once frozen, remove the clusters from the baking sheet and store them in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy them straight from the freezer as a delicious snack!
