Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup granola (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Fresh fruit for topping (e.g., sliced bananas or berries)

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Line the Muffin Tin: Line a standard muffin tin with paper liners or silicone cups to prevent sticking.

Layer the Ingredients: Spoon a layer of the yogurt-peanut butter mixture into each muffin liner, filling them about halfway.

Add Granola: Press a layer of granola into the yogurt mixture in each cup, making sure it’s evenly distributed.

Top with Yogurt Mixture: Spoon more of the yogurt-peanut butter mixture on top of the granola until the liners are filled to the rim. Use a spatula to smooth the tops if necessary.

Sprinkle Chocolate Chips: If desired, sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the top of each cup for an extra sweet touch.

Freeze: Place the muffin tin in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully set.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the cups from the muffin tin. Serve immediately, topped with fresh fruit if desired, or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
