Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust based on yogurt sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup granola (store-bought or homemade)

Pinch of sea salt

Optional: mini chocolate chips or shredded coconut for topping

Instructions

Prepare the Strawberries:

    - Wash the strawberries thoroughly and hull them. Slice the strawberries in half and set aside.

      Make the Yogurt Mixture:

        - In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until smooth and well combined.

          Assemble the Bites:

            - Take a half of a strawberry and dip it into the yogurt mixture, ensuring it is well-coated.

              - Use a spoon to help if necessary, making sure it's evenly covered.

                Add Granola:

                  - Immediately after coating the strawberry in yogurt, dip the top half into the granola. Press gently to help the granola stick to the yogurt.

                    Prepare for Freezing:

                      - Place the yogurt-covered strawberry bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat the process until all strawberries are coated.

                        Optional Toppings:

                          - If desired, sprinkle mini chocolate chips or shredded coconut on top of the yogurt-covered strawberries for an extra treat.

                            Freeze:

                              - Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours or until the yogurt is completely firm.

                                Serve:

                                  - Once frozen, remove the bites from the baking sheet. Enjoy immediately, or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
