2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

4 slices of crispy cooked bacon

4 large lettuce leaves (such as romaine or butter lettuce)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 avocado, diced

1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup ranch dressing (or your favorite dressing)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Olive oil, for grilling

Optional: Fresh herbs (like cilantro or parsley) for garnish

Prepare the Chicken:

    - Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

      - Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.

        - Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

          Cook the Bacon:
