200g fresh salmon fillet

1 ripe mango, diced

2 cups mixed salad greens (arugula, spinach, and romaine)

1 avocado, sliced

1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lime juice

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Salmon: Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Cook the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it’s cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from the skillet and let it cool slightly before flaking into large chunks.

    Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of lime juice. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper according to your taste.

      Assemble the Salad Bowl:

        - In a large serving bowl, layer the mixed salad greens as the base.
