2 large flatbreads (pita or lavash)

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded (preferably rotisserie)

1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 teaspoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: sliced jalapeños for heat

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated. Add salt and pepper to taste.

      Prepare the Flatbreads: Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly brush each flatbread with olive oil for a crispy texture.

        Assemble the Flatbreads: Spread the remaining BBQ sauce evenly over each flatbread. Distribute the BBQ chicken mixture over the sauce, making sure to cover the flatbread well. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top, followed by the sliced red onion and optional jalapeños for heat.
