1 package (8 oz) of refrigerated crescent roll dough

6 oz deli ham, thinly sliced

6 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Flour, for dusting

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Pinch the perforated edges together to create a solid piece.

      Add Ham & Cheese: Spread approximately 1/2 teaspoon of Dijon mustard on each triangle. Layer 1-2 slices of ham on top of the mustard, followed by a generous sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.

        Fold & Shape: Starting from the wide end of each triangle, roll the dough toward the point to form a crescent shape. Then, gently fold the ends to meet, creating a circular shape. Make sure the filling is secure inside.

          Brush with Egg Wash: Place the mini ham and cheese croissant circles on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the beaten egg, then sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves (if using), and season lightly with salt and pepper.

            Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and flaky.

              Cool and Serve: Once baked, allow them to cool slightly on a wire rack. Serve warm and enjoy their delicious cheesy and savory flavors!
