Ingredients

8 mini croissants

1 lb cooked turkey breast, sliced (leftover or deli-style)

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well-combined.

Assemble the Croissants: Slice each mini croissant in half horizontally. Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture on the bottom half of each croissant.

Layer the Fillings: On top of the cream cheese layer, add a slice or two of turkey breast. Sprinkle a handful of cheddar cheese over the turkey.

Close the Croissants: Gently place the top half of the croissant over the fillings to create a sandwich.

Bake the Croissant Melts: Arrange the assembled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and the cheese has melted.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, allow to cool for a minute, then sprinkle with fresh parsley for a pop of color. Serve warm and enjoy!
