Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Chicken Tacos

1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 cup cream cheese (softened)

1 cup chicken broth

1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies (drained)

1 cup corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1 cup black beans (rinsed and drained)

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

8 small flour or corn tortillas

Toppings: chopped cilantro, diced avocado, shredded cheese, sour cream, and lime wedges

Instructions
 

Prepare the Slow Cooker: Spray the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray for easy cleanup.

    Layer the Ingredients: Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.

      Add Creaminess: Add the softened cream cheese on top of the chicken, followed by the chicken broth. This will help keep everything moist and creamy while cooking.
