4 large flour or whole wheat tortillas

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1 ripe avocado, sliced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, lime zest, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).

    Cook the Chicken: Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into strips.
