For the Turkey Skewers:

1 pound turkey breast, cut into 1-inch cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes)

For the Mango Salsa:

1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced

1/2 red bell pepper, diced

1/4 red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, seeds removed and minced (optional for heat)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon lime juice

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Marinate the Turkey:

    In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and lime juice. Add the turkey cubes and stir until they are well coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

      Prepare the Mango Salsa:

        While the turkey is marinating, prepare the mango salsa. In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño (if using), and cilantro. Drizzle with lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine. Set aside to allow the flavors to develop.
