Ingredients
  

1 pound ground turkey or chicken

1 cup fresh peaches, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 slider buns

1/2 cup creamy goat cheese or feta cheese

Arugula or mixed greens for garnish

Optional: Sriracha or hot sauce, for extra spice

Instructions
 

Prepare the Peach Salsa:

    - In a medium bowl, combine the diced peaches, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside to let the flavors meld.

      Make the Turkey Patties:

        - In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey (or chicken), chili powder, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.

          - Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

            Cook the Patties:

              - Heat a grill or a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the turkey patties.

                - Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

                  Assemble the Sliders:

                    - Toast the slider buns on the grill or skillet for 1-2 minutes, until golden brown.

                      - Spread a generous layer of goat cheese on the bottom half of each bun.

                        - Place the cooked turkey patty on top of the cheese, then top with a spoonful of the peach salsa and a handful of arugula or mixed greens.

                          - Drizzle with Sriracha or hot sauce if you desire more heat, then cap with the top half of the bun.
